After passing on last year’s awards APC took home 11 gold medals including, as usual, the prestigious Structural Design Award for the amazing Farrah’s Taco Truck. APC Innovate has been praised by Pride In Print judges for producing a “standout example of excellence in point of sale” in taking out this year’s Structural Design Packaging Category award.

Pride in Print 2021 was seen as another successful year promoting a high standard of print and design throughout New Zealand companies.
APC had a successful evening winning 5 Gold medals, 5 Highly Commended and one Category Gold winner for Structural Design, an area APC has dominated since the category’s inception 3 years ago.
We have now entered the coveted 100 Gold Medal Winners Club, 1 of only 3 companies to do so over the past 26 years.
Management would like to take this opportunity to recognise and acknowledge our staff for their continued efforts, well done to everyone involved.

Natascha Petersman from Map Lovers creates beautiful framed works of art by combining photography and map information.
We were approached by Natascha and tasked with reverse printing the map information directly to glass. APC printed the glass using our newest Flatbed digital printer – the SwissQ – which is a flatbed printer capable of printing to glass – the result looked fantastic! The printed glass was then sent away and mounted about 1cm or so above an aerial photo of Raglan and then framed.
What a great example of where art and technology is used in synergy to create a very unique and interesting end result!

APC had a very successful 2020 Pride in Print awards evening recently, securing 14 Gold medals and 10 Highly Commended awards along with 2 Category winners.
Finalist for best in Category over 2 Categories along with taking out best Structural Design for 2020, consecutive wins for the Category.
APC not only won numerous gold medals this year but have now entered the Gold Medal Winners Club, only 10 companies throughout NZ have this recognition which celebrate companies who have won over 50 Gold medals since the inception of Pride in Print 26 years ago.
APC now top the over 50 Gold Medal Winners Club at 98 Gold which is great recognition and acknowledgement of our staff and company work ethic, consistency is a true testament of quality.

APC Innovate is living up to its name with a phenomenal Gift Trader exhibition stand that Pride In Print Awards manager Sue Archibald says is a fantastic example of going outside the square. The revolutionary stand was jointly awarded the Industry Development and Creativity Category Prize at the Pride in Print awards.
